Learning or building on already known skills will be the focus of this activity.  Archery can improve muscular strength and endurance\, hand-eye coordination\, balance and flexibility. Students will learn the proper way to use a bow and the appropriate safety procedures to follow when practicing or competing.  You must provide your own bow and arrows!
