Job Description:
As a Lawn Care Professional at Prieve Lawn Care Inc., you will be responsible for providing comprehensive lawn care services, including applying fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides to ensure healthy, lush lawns. You will also perform routine lawn maintenance, such as mowing, edging, trimming, aeration, and fall/spring clean up.
Responsibilities:

Apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other treatments to lawns and landscapes.

Ensure proper handling and application of chemicals according to safety regulations.

Perform routine lawn maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and edging.

Assess lawn conditions and recommend treatments to clients.

Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean and safe.

Follow company guidelines and safety protocols at all times.
Requirements:

Commercial pesticide applicators license issued through the Minnesota Department of Agriculture or the willingness to obtain such certification.

Knowledge of lawn care techniques, fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides.

Experience in lawn care (preferred).

Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.

Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or horticulture.

Commercial pesticide applicators license issued through the Minnesota Department of Agriculture.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
