They are skilled in developing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and leading high-performing teams to exceed targets. Adept at analyzing market trends, negotiating contracts, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs while ensuring profitability. They are passionate about fostering long-term client partnerships and optimizing sales operations for sustained success.
- Acquire new customers via contacts/cold calling, with a focus on end-users/partners
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue goals
- Demonstrate product knowledge of the American Time Products
- Develop new contacts and customer relationships to ensure continued satisfaction and foster future opportunities
- Achieve KPI’s in assigned market segment
- Develop new business opportunities in assigned markets/segments
- Monitor and report on competition, market changes, and trends relating to products in industry
- Present products and services to current and prospective customers via a consultative sales approach
- Travel estimated at 25% to 40% of cumulative activities
- Attend and participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and other market driven opportunities
- Prepare and submit all required reports, expenses, and forecasts in a timely manner
- Analyze data and execute effective territory sales strategies and tactics
- Provide voice of customer feedback to Leadership and internal partners
