EQUIPMENT DETAILER

Responsibilities
- Washes, cleans and details equipment
- Operates and maintains vehicles, tools and equipment required in the detailing process
- Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion
- Performs light maintenance on dealer owned sales and rental equipment
- Performs light maintenance on customer equipment
- Delivers customer equipment and communicates completed repairs, payments, etc. as needed
- Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
- Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with job assignments
- Accounts for all time and material used in performing assigned duties
- Exhibits a constant commitment to customer service
- Promotes the service department to customers including service work, inspections, and parts

- Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion
- Maintains a tidy, professional personal appearance
- Reports to work on time
- Employs good time-management skills and has the ability to work independently
- Demonstrates good work ethic

- Completes required training
- Maintains current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products
Experience and Qualifications
- Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently
- Able to bend, lift and carry
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record required
- 1+ years detailing experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record required (CDL preferred)
- Enjoys restoring something that is dirty or run down into something fresh, clean, and ready for the next user
- Must want full-time, long-term employment
- Reliable, arrives on time and has excellent attendance
- Good time management skills
- Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion
- Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
- Works cooperatively in a team environment
- Demonstrates a good work ethic
- Employs good time management skills and the ability to work independently and as a team

Haug Implement Co. provides an estimated base pay range. The actual starting pay offer will account for our overall wage and benefit package, applicant experience, training, skill, and internal equity among our existing employees. This is a hourly position with a potential hiring offer range of $18.00-25.00 per hour, based on factors listed above.
